Last month, with a surveillance audit, Q-Aid renewed the validity of our UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, drafting a report whose judgment made us proud.
Why are we proud?
Because for us, quality is not just a piece of coloured paper to hang on the walls of the office.
Because for us, quality is not even a bureaucratic paperwork to be obtained so as not to be cut off by certain customers.
Because for us, having a quality system means first of all being organized, methodical and efficient, managing one’s workflow in a reasoned way… In short, doing our job well.
Certification, and the benefits it brings, is only a consequence, never the purpose.
This is our belief, which is a direct emanation of our work ethic.
And it is also the seriousness that we put at the service of our customers.
